Also, HVT will perform maintenance on a “Frequency” basis, ensuring your building’s elevators will be inspected and serviced at regular, frequent intervals. Almost all other elevator companies in Hawaii currently provide service on a “Usage” basis (service is triggered when a meter records a specified number of elevator trips). The result of “Usage” based service is that elevators with relatively light usage may go unserviced for long periods of time.
